Common customer pain points that were identified

Leveraging the brand’s existing communication to build a better, customer-centric brand strategy.

Creating an artisanal coffee experience through intricate product packaging for Budan’s niche consumers.

Making manual pasting easier while providing the boxes with sufficient canvas by giving the packaging two-sided stickers.

The strategies used to achieve the brand’s vision

Stayed true to the brand’s core values of educating and artisanal coffee equipment manufacturing, I helped Budan extend their brand communication to their product packaging.

The packaging visualises the key features of the products that are inside the box as well as helps promote the ‘Third Wave of Coffee Culture,’ which is also the brand’s USP, by adding value through storytelling.

The final packaging also contains information about various coffee drinks - relevant to the equipment inside the box - helping Budan achieve its mission of educating coffee lovers.

Key elements of the overall brand experience
