Epic brands make splashy branding decisions

I’m a holistic multi-sensory brand experience designer… here to water your budding business with the right customer experience decisions from the get-go.

These aren’t just vain adjectives to me! This is everything that I bring to the table when I design a brand experience for your business.

Because you see, for me...

Designing isn’t just about aesthetics. It’s about the experience. Think about it; not every design emotes aesthetics, but they all present you with experiences.

Brand experience is a holistic emotional response that rises from the deep relationship between consumers and brands. It’s more than just about the product or service.

As your retail brand experience designer, my job is to create immersive touchpoints for your customers right from the time they begin their interaction with you.

So, what makes a brand experience memorable?

Your understanding of your target audience and designs. And I’m sure, you already know your ideal customer, but what about designs?

Well, the best brand experience designs begin with questions. What kind of customer experience are you trying to create? What’s your ultimate goal? Does your branding align with your vision? Is your USP working for you?

There’s more but you get the gist of what I’m saying, right?

Here’s how I dive deeper into your business before designing brand experiences that align with your vision.

Here’s how I dive deeper into your business before designing brand experiences that align with your vision.

Steal my design process

Dive

Discover

Designing a brand experience starts with a discovery call. During this call, I'll take the time to hear about your business and what you need from me.

From here, I will do my research and make several observations about everything, from your target audience and vision to your mission and passion, before even beginning to design your brand experience.

Soak

Define

Determining what your brand identity comes from exploring your problems and opportunities in-depth, taking the time to empathise with your business and seeking insights. For this reason, I gather information about your brand through research, observation, and interviews.

After synthesising the data collected, I define the core attributes of your brand that will guide my design process.

Stroke

Ideate

After you sign off on the strategy, we’ll move into the stage where the magic happens a.k.a. the design and development stage. You can expect to receive 3 different concepts for each deliverable from which you can choose one.

I'll also provide specific revisions before we finalise anything to ensure that you are absolutely satisfied with the brand experience strategy.

Test the waters

Prototype

Next, I will work on developing the prototypes. A prototype is a more complete design that shows how all of the major parts will work together. We'll test our brand experience prototypes with real users and collect in-depth data during the process.

We’ll use this data to help us identify the gaps in our designs before any on-field issues arise.

Set Sail

Files & Offboarding

It’s judgment day! This is the final step of my brand experience designing process, and I'm always super excited to see how we fare against the competition in the market. And my job isn’t finished with the rollout, though.

Cruise

Work Presentation

I’ll be monitoring performance over time, tweaking as necessary to ensure everything is on track. And if you have questions, I’ll be just a call away.
